Meet Cody

Cody has trained and advised leaders worldwide, from NGOs and governments to startups, family businesses, and Fortune Global 500 firms.
 

Cody has consulted extensively as a strategist with a leading peace negotiator—coauthor of Getting to Yes and cofounder of the Harvard Negotiation Project—helping heads of state navigate crises ranging from nuclear showdowns to wars.
 

Cody is also a Lecturer in negotiation at Columbia, where his course draws students from across the university. Earlier, he served as a Harvard Business School (HBS) researcher, creating course materials for one of the world's best business professors. An HBS case he coauthored is taught by leading negotiation, strategy, and leadership experts, including a Nobel Laureate.
 

Cody holds graduate degrees from Heidelberg and Columbia and is completing an MBA from Michigan Ross. He has been a guest speaker at MIT Sloan, Columbia, and West Point, and volunteers as a negotiation coach with Harvard Kennedy School’s Center for Public Leadership.
